Just a few weeks ago Carlinhos and I were lamenting that we had only one and a half students in our Juniors class. Well it seemed like a half a student. Anyway, last Sunday the Lord blessed with two new students. Actually, one is a returning student and the other a new one. Marcinho was a part of our church from the beginning until his parents moved to Acre. Just recently he moved back and is a part of our class. Ana Luiza started coming three weeks ago. She had come to VBS and liked it so much that she told her mom, "I want to start going to that church!" We're delighted to say the least.
So, now our class is at five and we are praying for more. I mentioned the kids next door in a previous post. Of that group, Marcia is going to be 10 at the end of this month. I think that we might take her a cake and invite her to be a part of our group too. She is really friendly and I think that a cake might help to convince her! She is the fourth from the left in the picture below.
